1. Beta-alanine
Beta-alanine is a precursor of carnosine. Increasing carnosine levels through supplementation is an increasingly used tool among informed athletes and bodybuilders. Carnosine is found in skeletal muscle, primarily in type II, fast-twitch muscle fibers.
2. L-Citrulline DL-malate 2:1
L-citrulline is produced by fermentation, which is a patented technology that preserves excellent quality, purity and natural form.
Citrulline stimulates the production of NO (nitric oxide), the maximum burst.
3. Creatine Monohydrate
During micronization, the particles become much smaller in a process that is more expensive than the general one, which ensures better absorption and utilization during training.
Creatine has been scientifically proven to increase performance during high-intensity exercises involving a series of short bursts of force. The beneficial effect can be achieved with a daily intake of 3g of creatine.
4. Taurine
Taurine is a naturally occurring amino acid in the body and is found in high concentrations in white blood cells, skeletal muscles, the central nervous system, and heart muscle.
5. L-arginine
Arginine is one of the 11 non-essential amino acids, more precisely a conditionally essential amino acid. It was first discovered in 1886 in dairy products, meat, fish, eggs, nuts, seeds and soybeans. Arginine's many benefits include supporting cellular replication, immune function, and wound healing.
It is true that our body can produce it naturally, but only under certain conditions and in the presence of additional amino acids and other substances. As a result of stress, which is also our training, a decrease in the level of arginine can be clearly demonstrated.
6. Caffeine
