Buying
From the products listed on the detailed product information pages, you can initiate the purchase of the product by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button. Once you have added the product of your choice to the cart, you can continue shopping.

The prices shown in the web store are always in gross value, so they include VAT (27%)!

Shopping cart contents
Once you have placed the items, you can view the contents of the shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the page. You can add an unlimited number of products to your shopping cart at one time. Here you can see the list of products you want to buy, together with the number of pieces, by clicking on the arrows next to it you can increase or decrease the quantity. To order the products in the cart, you can access the [Go to checkout] button, where you can buy as a registered user or buy without registration. If you have already registered in our system, it is enough to log in, you do not have to re-enter the delivery data. After selecting payment and delivery, the system calculates the current shipping cost, which can be clearly read. In the last step of the order, you have the opportunity to add a comment, additional information and requests to the order. The data can of course be modified, any typographical errors can be corrected by clicking on the appropriate field.

If everything is OK during the order, you can finalize the order by pressing the [ORDER] button as the last step (point 5, Order Summary block). However, you must accept the following: "I acknowledge and accept the Terms of Purchase and the obligation to pay with your order." You can also track your order details in the right-hand column. Our system will notify you by e-mail when you place your order. Unfortunately, we do not accept orders over the phone for technical reasons.

Shipping and its cost
Currently, the ordered package is delivered with the help of the GLS Courier Service. In the absence of a site suitable for personal collection and handover, there is no possibility.

It is possible to pay for the ordered products in the form of an advance transfer or cash on delivery. The cash on delivery fee is HUF 200 gross.

The courier service will take the packages that have already been prepared daily. There is no possibility of personal collection in the web store. When providing the customer's data, a delivery address must be provided, where the cash on delivery can be received during the day on the specified delivery day (1 or 2 days from the receipt of the order), between 8.00 and 16.00! It is also important to provide a telephone number where either our company or the courier service can contact you during the day to deal with any difficulties that may arise with the package.

Orders received or received by 2.00 pm on a given business day will be handed over to the Courier Service on that day.
No delivery on weekends and public holidays!

If for any reason the customer or the indicated consignee is not present at the specified place at the time of delivery, the courier service will arrange for the re-delivery of the consignment at the telephone number provided by the customer.
IMPORTANT! The courier service will try to deliver again two more times, then return the package to the sender. If the package is not delivered the second time and you are asked to send the package again, it will also be sent.

In case of reimbursement of the cost of transport, we can do it in advance.

Free shipping condition
If the value of the order reaches or exceeds the value of HUF 14,000, delivery in Hungary is free of charge.

In other cases, the cost of delivery in Hungary is HUF 990 + VAT. The cash on delivery fee is HUF 300 gross in all cases.

The shipping fee may be more favorable than described above in the case of fixed or indefinite promotions or subject to other conditions, or it may even be completely free of charge. You can read more about our current delivery promotions in our Delivery Terms article.

Delivery times
We keep stocks of the products. On average, we can deliver the ordered product within 1-5 working days. If this is not possible, our staff will notify you by e-mail or telephone which product to wait for. In this case, it is possible to: - omit the given product from the order and send the package without this product, or choose another, similar (replacement) product. We guarantee that our interests are paramount in all cases.

We process orders quickly and accurately. In some cases, other than our fault (e.g. if the customer does not provide a phone number and does not respond to more than one of our emails), we are unable to process your order at a reasonable rate. All cases where the order has not been fulfilled or damaged due to the fault of us or our supplier are handled with full flexibility or with a money back guarantee.

Payment by advance transfer
If you choose this payment method when placing your order, we will send you our bank account number at the beginning of the confirmation email you received to send the value of your order. Please enter the order number and name in the comments box of the transfer so that we can easily identify your payment when the transfer is received.

Upon receipt of your transfer, we will prepare your package for delivery.

Payment by cash on delivery
If you choose this payment method when placing your order, the courier will have to pay for the package in cash.

Right of withdrawal
You, as a consumer, have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days. The period for exercising the right of withdrawal starts on the day of receipt of the product. If the contract covered the ordering of several products but the delivery takes place at different times, the time limit for exercising the right of withdrawal shall be from the date of receipt of the last product received. Of course, the above does not affect the consumer's right to withdraw from the contract between the date of conclusion of the contract and the date of receipt of the product. The consumer may exercise his right of withdrawal by sending a clear statement of withdrawal - by sending the statement to one of the contact details indicated in the General Data section of these Terms and Conditions by post or e-mail. In case of doubt, it is the consumer's responsibility to prove that he has exercised his statement of withdrawal in accordance with the above. If the consumer withdraws from the contract, we will reimburse all compensation paid by the consumer, including transport costs, immediately, but no later than 14 days after receipt of his notice of withdrawal, except for any additional costs incurred as a result of the consumer offering us. , has chosen a mode of transport other than the cheapest standard mode of transport. In the case of a refund, we will use the same payment method as the one chosen by the consumer in the original transaction. With the express consent of the consumer, other methods of payment may be used for the refund, but the consumer may not be charged any additional fees as a result. We are entitled to withhold the above amount until the consumer returns the product or proves beyond a reasonable doubt that it has been returned. The earlier of the two dates must be taken into account. In case of withdrawal, the consumer is obliged to return the product immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the notification of the withdrawal, or to return the product to us within this period. Return shall be deemed to have been completed within the time limit if the consumer sends the product before the time limit expires. The consumer only bears the direct cost of returning the product. The consumer is only liable for depreciation resulting from use in excess of that required to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

Supplies warranty, product warranty, enforcement
In the event of a faulty performance of Marathomtime, the consumer may assert a warranty against supplies - in accordance with the rules of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code.

It may request repair or replacement, unless it would be impossible for the consumer to meet the demand of his choice or if it would entail a disproportionate additional cost for the business to meet his other demand.
If the repair or replacement has not been requested or could not be requested, the consumer may request a proportionate reduction in the consideration or the consumer may have the defect repaired at his expense or repaired or, ultimately, withdraw from the contract.

The consumer may transfer from one choice of warranty right to another, but the cost of the transfer shall be borne by the consumer, unless justified or given by the business. The consumer is obliged to report the defect immediately after its discovery, but not later than within 2 months from the discovery of the defect. After the limitation period of 6 months from the performance of the contract, the consumer can no longer exercise his warranty rights for the supplies. Within 6 months from the date of performance (purchase), there are no conditions other than the notification of the defect to enforce the consumer's warranty claim, provided that the consumer proves that he has purchased the product from Marathontime. However, after 6 months from the date of performance (purchase), the consumer is obliged to prove that the defect he or she recognized was already present at the time of performance. In the event of a defect in the product, the consumer may, at his choice, assert the above-mentioned right to guarantee the supply of goods or a product warranty claim. As a product warranty claim, the consumer may only request the repair or replacement of a defective product. A product is defective if it does not meet the quality requirements in force at the time of placing on the market or if it does not have the characteristics specified by the manufacturer.

The consumer can assert his warranty claim for the product within 2 years of the product being placed on the market by the manufacturer. Upon expiry of this period, he shall cease to be entitled to do so. The consumer can only make a product warranty claim against the manufacturer or distributor of the product. The defect of the product must be proven by the consumer in the event of a product warranty claim. The manufacturer or the distributor is only released from its product warranty obligation if he can prove that: xy the product was not manufactured or marketed in the course of his business, or xy the defect was not recognizable at the time of placing it on the market, or resulting from the application of a mandatory official standard. Due to the same defect, the consumer may not assert a warranty claim and a product warranty claim at the same time and in parallel. However, if your product warranty claim is successfully enforced, you can assert your manufacturer's warranty claim against the manufacturer for the replaced product or repaired part. Marathontime is committed to enforcing consumer complaints and quality complaints in the interests of consumers in accordance with Decree No. 49/2003. (VII. 30.) of the Ministry of Economy and Transport. If the consumer wishes to assert a warranty claim against the distributor providing the service which is the subject of the consumer contract (hereinafter: distributor), the conclusion of the consumer contract shall be deemed to have been proved if the consumer presents proof of payment. The distributor is obliged to draw up a report on the consumer's objection, in which he records: a.,) The name and address of the consumer, b.,) The name and purchase price of the consumer product (hereinafter: goods), c.,) The date of purchase, d., ) the date of notification of the defect, e.,) the description of the defect,. If the manner in which the complaint is resolved differs from the consumer's request, the reasons for this shall be stated in the minutes. A copy of the report must be provided to the consumer. If the distributor is unable to declare the fulfillment of the consumer's demand at the time of its notification, he shall notify the consumer of his position within three working days at the latest. The distributor shall inform the consumer that the repair or replacement shall be carried out within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to the consumer, taking into account the characteristics of the goods and their intended use. The distributor must endeavor to carry out the repair or replacement within a maximum of fifteen days. The goods must be accepted for repair against a receipt. The receipt shall state the name and address of the consumer, the information needed to identify the goods, the time of receipt of the goods and the date on which the consumer may receive the repaired goods. The place of legal enforcement is the current operator of Marathonthime.hu - Euro Food Technology Kft..,2000 Szentendre Kőzúzó Köz 4..  

Enforcement is governed by Regulation 49/2003. (VII. 30.) of the Ministry of Economy and Transport “Protocol 

v on the consumer's objection ".

Warranty
Marathontime®'s mandatory warranty for certain consumer durables is governed by Regulation 151/2003. (IX. 22.) acts in accordance with the provisions of Government Decree:

In the territory of the Republic of Hungary, a consumer contract [Ptk. 685 § e)], new durable consumer goods listed in the Annex to the Decree (hereinafter: consumer goods) are covered by the warranty obligation in accordance with the rules of this Decree.
An agreement which derogates from the provisions of this Regulation to the detriment of the consumer shall be void. An invalid agreement shall be replaced by the provisions of this Regulation.
The fulfillment of the warranty obligation is incumbent on the person obliged by the consumer contract to provide the service which is the subject of the contract (hereinafter: distributor). The warranty rights can be enforced by the owner of the consumer product, provided that he is a consumer (hereinafter: consumer).
If the manufacturer assumes more favorable warranty conditions for the consumer product than those laid down in this Regulation, the rights of the distributor under the warranty shall pass to the consumer at the time of performance of the consumer contract.
Other provisions
Marathontime® reserves the right to fulfill your order by re-charging the shipping fee upon re-dispatch of the shipment upon request for re-dispatch, or to continue to place orders for that name and address only upon prepayment.
