Magnesium lactate - Fully reacted

In our body, D- and L-lactic acid are converted into D- and L-lactate. Almost only L-lactate is found in the blood of healthy individuals, which is an important nutrient for the heart and brain, among other things. This product contains only the L-lactic acid form of magnesium, which not only enables better absorption of magnesium, but also provides valuable L-lactate, without D-lactate.
